Auburn High School and the French Maths Prize

Auburn High School, member of the Australian Association of French English Bilingual Schools (AAFEBS), is proud of its French section which is fully recognized by both the French and the Victorian Ministries of Education. The benefits of a bilingual education are once again demonstrated by the excellent results of the Auburn High students who have mastered maths in French. On 24 May, Acting Principal Kristie Satilmis and  French Binational coordinator Genvieve Papon welcomed  Honorary Consul General of France Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie who had the great pleasure of presenting students with the Kangourou’s award on their high achievements in the challenging Kangourou des mathématiques competition which takes place annually in several thousand schools from over 40 countries.

Congratulations to the students who achieved exceptional results!
