The French Melbourne Theatre will audition 3 to 5 male actors and 3 to 5 female actors to play in its new play, ‘Love is better in the afternoon’ adapted by Jean Poiret. Actors must be fluent in French as the show will be in French with English subtitles.

Auditions will take place on Sunday 17 June 2018 at 2pm and on Tuesday 19 June 2018 at 7pm, at “La Maison de Maitre Building”, 203-205 Canning Street, Carlton [corner Canning & Neill Streets].

This timeless comedy, telling the story of a member of the government having an affair with the secretary of the opposition, while his wife is in the same hotel, is a farce at its best, full of malentendus, mistaken identities, secret dalliances and revolving doors.
