On Tuesday the 17th of September, come to the Alliance Française to discover the unique art of Clément Baloup, French graphic novelist.
Born from a Vietnamese father and a French mother, Clément Baloup travelled a lot during his childhood, which greatly influenced his art. What makes this artist special is his redefinition of the cartoon which is a very typical French based form of art (la bande dessinée). Clément embodies the diversity of francophonie.
Come and learn more about Clément’s art on the 17th at the Alliance Française ; he will be in discussion with Pr. Tess Do, Professor at the French Department at the University of Melbourne.
