The Victor Hugo: Les Misérables – From Page to Stage exhibition’ is coming to an end ! That’s the reason why, the State Library of Victoria and the University of Melbourne have chosen to conjointly organise one last afternoon symposium celebrating this multi-faceted genius.

Explore his manuscript and beyond thanks to six expert speakers. Find out more about his allusions to the French Revolution in his books but also his hidden talent as an interior designer in Guernsey. At last, discover his influence in the world and the Caodist believers, for whom he is considered a Saint.
