The Melbourne Salon is kicking off their 2022 events with an online event about French-Australian wine culture Thursday 19 May 2022 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Professor Emeritus Barbara Santich AM (University of Adelaide) will be sharing her research, knowledge and insights on Australian and French culinary history.
Being a culinary historian, Barbara is fascinated by gastronomy and has written a new book soon to be published entitled The Beginnings of Provençal Cuisine: Food, Cooking and Eating in 18th-century Provence.
