On Wednesday 25 October 2017 from 6.30pm, AFAS Victoria invites you to a workshop on carbon fibre in Australia organised by Materials Australia (Victoria & Tasmania).

The workshop is about the introduction of carbon fibre in the Australian industry. The evening will be composed of networking, followed by a presentation by Prof. Russell Varley, Chair in composite materials at the Institute for Frontier Materials of Deakin University. The talk will be followed by a visit to one of the carbon fibre research sites.

This workshop is a great opportunity to learn more about carbon fibre and its industrial use ! It will be held at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds.
