The French Australian Lawyer Society (FALS) established in 2013 is a network of experienced French speaking lawyers specalised in Australian and French legal systems. For the past 9 years they have been supporting law students coming into France/Australia for work experience or study through networking events and seminars.

FALS has nominated Mr. Phillip Roberts as their new president. He is an Australian lawyer with global experience in Japan, US, France etc. He has studied French for many years and is an active member of the French community in Sydney. He will work alongside Ms. Emily Lau (Vice President) who is a passionate Francophile and has been with FALS for 5 years.
