La Mosaique is a new start-up based in Melbourne, specialising in the production and importation of artisanal wines from the South-West of France.

Its founder, Thomas Gisbert, is from a wine-growing family who have been in the viticulture business since 1778. He explored the South-West of France in order to unearth the talented wine producers in this “mosaic of wines”. Gisbert now offers various types of wine : dry and sweet wines, red or rosé, Armagnac…

The South-West of France is indeed a very diverse area with many terroirs, accents, cuisines and products which have their roots in this vast mosaic.

Each wine is selected for its unique qualities and is an expression of a particular place and a specific grape variety. These wines are produced in limited numbers by passionate wine-growers who respect their land.
