On Thursday October 6, the ceremony of the Victorian International Education Awards took place in the presence of a number of representatives of the Consular Corps, including the Consuls General of India and Malaysia.
Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie, Honorary Consul General of France in Melbourne was delighted to be there for the International Student of the Year in the category Vocational Education and Training, French national Alexiane Beck, for her brilliant studies in accounting and her commitment to her local community.
Alexiane is the first person in her family to have done post-baccalaureate studies, and she now dreams of tackling a bachelor degree!
The Victorian International Education Awards recognize and showcase Victoria’s outstanding international students, as well as education service providers who bring international education to Victoria and the world.
