Do you know what a French “TPE” is?

The TPE, translated into Personal Supervised Work, is one of the exam required to pass the French Baccalaureat (diploma of end of secondary studies). The TPE allows student to develop their skills on a project that they have chosen, helped by one of their teachers.

The project lasts a few months and at the end, the students (usually 3 on a project) present their work during 30 minutes in front of a jury.

For their TPE, 3 students of Sables d’Olonnes in France, came to the Honorary Consulate of France in Melbourne, on 21 March tointerview Ms. Myriam Boisbouvier-Wylie. They wanted to understand her role as well as assess what made Melbourne such an attractive place for the French nationals living here.
