Marking the finale of the 2022 Season, Omega Ensemble will premiere a new sextet from French composer Laurent Lefrançois who will perform in Melbourne on December 15th at 2:30 pm and 7:00 pm (location : Salon, Melbourne Recital Centre)

Laurent Lefrançois is a French classical music composer who has studied and won awards with renowned contemporary composers such as Michel Merlet, Guillaume Connesson and Philippe Hersant, and his recent recording “Crystal Palace” (June 2022) was nominated in the “selection of recordings from France Musique” ” and won great critical acclaim.
