Glen Eira College’s new goal for the following years is for a greater and greater number of French Immersion and Advanced French students to prepare the DELF Junior Diploma (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française).

In 2014, 27 students from years 8, 9, 10 and 11 have passed this exam organised by the CIEP ( Centre International des Études Pédagogiques). It acts as a proof of their proficiency in French. A good result enables students to register in a French university.
