Julie Rose came in Melbourne last week for the exhibition les miserables, from page to stage! The public could rediscover the masterpiece of Victor Hugo with the award-winning  translator recognized around the world.

By flipping the pages of the original manuscript of Les Misérables, visitors can appreciate the true story of its creation. In every part of the exhibition resonate the memories of the life of the author, his genius as a writer and his strong political commitment. During the time of a visit, the visitors leave Melbourne for the lanes of the old Paris.
