March 19th : celebrate French Cuisine!


After UNESCO inscribed the “Gastronomic meal of the French” on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2010, March 19th 2015 will see the worldwide celebration of the merits of French cuisine, its capacity for innovation, and its values. World-renowned 3-Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse, headed a selection committee of international chefs to participate in the Goût de France/Good France project !
