Paralympics 2024 in Paris

The French community of Melbourne is proud to announce that Celine Vinot, a French-Australian citizen and former student of Caulfield Junior College in Melbourne, is one of the athletes selected to represent Australian Paralympic Badminton team at the Paralympics Games of Paris 2024.

Céline Vinot and her three sisters, Audrey, Myriam and Ingrid, are the daughters of Blaise and Kate Vinot, both well-known in the local community. Her disability has been her strength, as Céline recounts in her interview with the Paralympics Australia journal: Growing up with a disability, it’s not something you think about very often. Finding your way into sport can be a challenge. Making it to the Paralympics shows what’s possible in sport and any other aspect of life.”

The whole French-Australian community of Victoria is behind her and her teammate, Mischa Ginns.

GOOD LUCK to both!
