Happy Francophonie Day!
The inaugural « La Francophonie à travers le monde » competition, organised by AFTV & The Forum of Francophonie has just announced its winners!
Here are the prize winners:

- First Prize – Pinewood Primary School – Video sur Haïti
- Second prize – Kilvington Grammar School – Video sur Les Comores
Years 7/8 ( bilingual programs)
- First prize – Glen Eira College – Video sur Le Vanuatu
- Second prize – Auburn High School – Video sur Le Gabon
Années 7/8
- First prize ex-aequo : Camberwell Grammar School – Video sur Le Cameroun et Wesley College Group 1 – Video sur La France
- Second prize ex-aequo: Firbank Grammar School Group 2 – Video sur L’Égypte et Wesley College Group 2 – Video sur La France
- Third prize ex-aequo : Brighton Secondary College – Video sur Le Maroc et St Aloysius Group 1 – Vidéo sur Le Sénégal
The competition aimed to show the diversity of the French speaking world and was open to all who wanted to participate. The jury consisted of Eva Anderson from AFTV, Valentine Sabouraud from the Forum de la Francophonie, Hajer Gam from the French Embassy and Nina Harper intern from University of Melbourne
A big thank you and well done to all the schools, students and their teachers who participated in this competition which brought to life the richness and diversity of the french speaking world.
