Young Melbourne Violonists in the ”Des Cimes et des Notes” French Festival

Are you studying violin? Do you like to travel?

if you would like to combine your musical talents with the love of French culture, Violinopedia is for you!

Violinopedia is an online violin method created by French violonist Julien Dupont in Melbourne. A group of his students participated in the inaugural ”Des Cimes et des Notes” Festival in the Grenoble area early July.

This Festival was organised by Julien Dupont with the help of the French association “Des Cimes et des Notes” and aimed to raise money to support charity projects.

Selected musicians from Orchestra Victoria and Monash University performed along the French students from the Centre d’Etudes Musicales of Seyssins to form an international orchestra.

Don’t miss the next Festival in France from 27th June to 5th July 2016. It will include a bushwalk in the beautiful Alps around Chamonix with the violins in the backpacks.
