If you need to sign proxy forms for the next elections or to have your signature legalised (for private agreements), now is the time to come to the Consulate. You can also come to the Consulate if you have any succession proxies, powers of attorney to purchase without borrowing or other simple proxies (post office, bank for example) to do.
