With the easing of the restrictions in Victoria, it will now be possible to get your passport or national idendity card at the French consulate Agency of Melbourne without justifying an imperious reason… BUT the rules of social distanciation continue to apply [ no more than three perons inside], and all visitors must wear their own mask.
