The Melbourne French Theatre auditioned between 14 and 16 June to find new comedians for their next play: Moliere’s George Dandin, ou le Mari Confondu . The pitch: George Dandin, a rich peasant looking to climb the social ladder, wants to marry a noble woman. But will he reach his goal once married? A classic, prepared with a whole new troupe.
